Steven is Managing Director and Founder of CenturyPacific LLLP He has had a diversified real estate career that includes directing all operations of Burlington Resource’s real estate affiliate. He has structured and negotiated over $3 billion in transactions throughout the United States. These transactions have included acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leases, land developments and other investment services. He has extensive experience in structuring ventures and complex transactions, asset management and real estate development. Mr. Wood serves as a Trustee for the Bush School in Seattle and on the advisory boards of Sonata Capital, Ilahie Holdings and the Seattle Parks Foundation. He is a lawyer by training.

Katherine is an Executive Vice President at CenturyPacific. She was formerly a Partner at the Davis Wright Tremaine law firm in Seattle where she specialized in land-use and real estate. Her background includes extensive experience with environmental issues and brownfields redevelopment. Ms. Laird’s areas of emphasis at CenturyPacific include land and building development, construction management and a wide range of real estate investment banking services. She has also achieved the Certified Green Broker designation from the Cascadia Green Building Council.

Campbell is an Executive Vice President and Designated Broker at CenturyPacific. His responsibilities involve investment, acquisition, disposition, joint venture and lease assignments, as well as managing the development entitlement process for several large acreage developments.He began his career as a Legislative Assistant to U.S. Senator Slade Gorton in Washington, D.C. Campbell holds a BA from Stanford University and an MBA and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington. Campbell achieved the Certified Green Broker designation from the Cascadia Green Building Council. He is Vice President of the Board of Trustees at St. Thomas School in Medina

Michael’s emphasis at CenturyPacific is real estate advisory, commercial brokerage and investment banking. Prior to joining CenturyPacific, Michael was Manager of Acquisitions and Leasing at Wright Runstand & Company, where he managed the leasing of a nearly four million sf commercial portfolio (WA, OR, ID) and was directly responsible for the leasing of over one million sf of space in the Puget Sound region — with lease transactions ranging from 186 sf to over 400,000 sf. Michael is a graduate of the University of Washington (BA) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MS, MCP).
